At Shoobdar Pashmina, we are committed to delivering your order accurately, in good condition, and always on time. We take great pride in the craftsmanship of our pashminas and ensure they are handled with care during the transit process.

Processing Time

All orders are delivered within 5-7 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or phone.

2. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated based on the weight of the order and the delivery destination. The total shipping cost will be displayed at the time of checkout before you make the payment.

3. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email and/or SMS with the tracking details. You can use the provided tracking number to monitor the status of your shipment on our logistics partner's website.

4. Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners will attempt to deliver the package twice before it is returned to our warehouse. Please ensure someone is available at the provided address to receive the shipment. If a shipment is pending, account deletion requests may be delayed as per our platform policy.

5. Damaged Shipments

If you receive a package that is damaged or tempered with, please do not accept the delivery. Contact our customer support immediately so we can investigate and arrange a replacement for you.
